FCA understands that a profitable aircraft is an aircraft in the air, and an aircraft not looking its best can hurt the brand, image and reputation of your airline.

With over 25 years of experience strip & painting over 200 narrowbody aircraft at our Townsville facility, we have perfected our processes to develop efficient turn around times (TAT) meeting demanding back to back programs, whilst delivering the highest standard of quality in the safest and most environmentally sustainable way possible.

Holding CASA Part 145 Base & Line Maintenance approvals for B737 NG, A320/321, F100 & Dash 8 aircrafts, we provide a full suite of high quality, innovative and environmentally sustainable services that ensures aircraft and components are always repainted to meet or exceed customer expectations and schedule, with a 97% On-Time Performance (OTP) record.

In-house engineering supports a range of repainting activities such as on wing flight control balancing, aircraft reweighs, skin inspections, 3D dent mapping with our DentCheck capability, filiform corrosion inspection and remediation, aircraft movements, APU and Engine preservation, RTS checks and more.

Our Location

Our facility and head office is located at Townsville Airport's Northern Australian Centre of Excellence (NAACEX) precinct, in Queensland Australia.

Townsville offers the flexibility of being a revenue port for all of Australia's major domestic airlines, providing value to operators to facilitate repaints without the expense and network impact of costly ferry flights to

and from a non-revenue port.

With our close proximity to Cairns and Brisbane International airports, we are only a short ferry flight away for our international customers.

RAAF Townsville is the home of the Australian Army's CH-47F Chinook, and AH-64E Apache helicopter fleets. Being a joint user airport, other Australian Defence Force (ADF) services such as the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and other international defence allies can leverage the infrastructure and support available at RAAF Townsville during depot servicing.
